All KS Kitchen and Bath Studio cabinetry or furniture purchased from an authorized KS Kitchen and Bath Studio Dealer in the United States is warranted by KS Kitchen and Bath Studio LLC ("KS Kitchen and Bath Studio") against defects of materials or workmanship for a full THREE (3) years after the cabinetry is delivered subject to the terms herein described This warranty is limited to original buyer and cannot be transferred.. KS Kitchen and Bath Studio further warrants all door hinges and drawer slides under normal use against defects of material or workmanship for as long as you own your cabinetry subject to the terms herein described. KS Kitchen and Bath Studio's responsibility and liability is limited solely to repairing or replacing, as KS Kitchen and Bath Studio may determine in its sole discretion, any such defective products. The foregoing warranties (referred to as this "Limited Warranty") are for the benefit of the original purchaser only as registered with KS Kitchen and Bath Studio and do not cover, nor do they apply: (I) to any defect or malfunction that is not caused by KS Kitchen and Bath Studio, (II) to any cabinets or materials which are abused, neglected, improperly stored, subjected to direct sunlight, unreasonable temperatures or conditions, or altered or modified in any way, (Ill) to any improper installation, repair, use, or maintenance (IV) to graining, color tone, pattern or shade variations, or aging in wood or other natural products, or (V) to any expenses involved in removing, transporting, or installing any merchandise. Warranty of other products (appliances or accessories not manufacture by KS Kitchen and Bath Studio will be honored under their own warranty). Electronic, lighting and powered components are warranted for ONE (1) year from the original date of purchase. 

Some KS Kitchen and Bath Studio products contain natural hardwood finishes which may make the cabinet both beautiful and unique. Hardwood finishes inherently have their own personality and variation in color, texture and grain pattern because they are a natural material. Natural hardwood variations often include distinctive grain patterns or unusual shadings of color. As with other natural materials, KS Kitchen and Bath Studio hardwood cabinets will be affected by environmental factors such as natural and artificial lighting. You can expect to see the color gradually change and mellow over time. Accordingly, due to the unique qualities inherent in the natural hardwoods used in some KS Kitchen and Bath Studio cabinetry, KS Kitchen and Bath Studio is not responsible for the actual degree of variation that may characterize your cabinetry purchase.

EXCEPT FOR THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, KS KITCHEN AND BATH STUDIO EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR OTHER DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT OR PRODUCTS LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FORA PARTICULAR PURPOSE, RELATING TO KS KITCHEN AND BATH STUDIO PRODUCTS AND CABINETRY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.

If you experience any defect of materials or workmanship covered by this Limited Warranty, you must first report the nature of the claimed defect in writing to the independently owned and operated Dealer from whom you purchased the cabinetry. If the Dealer is unavailable or fails to respond to you in writing within fifteen (15) days of your notification, you must then notify KS Kitchen and Bath Studio in writing, addressed to: 410 S. Rampart Blvd., Ste. 190,  Las Vegas, Nevada, 89145 of the nature of the claimed defects. Within forty-five (45) days after receipt of written notice by KS Kitchen and Bath Studio, in its sole discretion, shall repair or replace any defective item covered by this Limited Warranty.

The Limited Warranty is the only warranty provided by KS Kitchen and Bath Studio and no representative, independent dealer, or any other individual has any authority to change, amend, or enlarge the Limited Warranty or KS Kitchen and Bath Studio's responsibilities or obligations.

If you are dissatisfied with KS Kitchen and Bath Studio's performance of this Limited Warranty, by buying from KS Kitchen and Bath Studio, you affirmatively agreed to take the matter through non-binding mediation in the state of Nevada. You and KS Kitchen and Bath Studio will each be responsible for one-half of the mediation and administrative expenses incurred for the mediation. You are required to submit any dispute under this Limited Warranty to mediation before pursuing any legal or equitable remedies. If you are not satisfied with the mediation result, you have the right to bring an action at law or equity to resolve disputes concerning this Limited Warranty.
